2.2. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in project agreements or contracts prior to commencement.
3.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for project completion.
3.2. Timely communication is essential for ensuring the success of the project. Delays in feedback may impact delivery timelines.
3.3. All content (text, images, etc.) provided by the client must comply with copyright laws.
4.1. A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the cost estimate unless otherwise stipulated in the project agreement.
4.2. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
4.3. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges, as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
4.4. Refunds are not available for completed work. If you are dissatisfied with any service, we encourage you to contact us for resolution.
5.1. Each project includes a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in the project contract. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
5.2. Final approval of work must be provided in writing (email is acceptable). Once approved, no further changes will be made unless agreed upon in a new contract.
6.1. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
6.2. Jonathon Durno reserves the right to showcase completed projects in a portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
7.1. While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Jonathon Durno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.
7.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility of websites or other digital products with third-party platforms or systems.
8.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data shared during the course of projects will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.
9.2. In the event of termination, work completed up to that point will be billed, and all remaining deliverables will be provided upon payment.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
